事態を重く見たH&Mは直ちに掲載を取りやめ、謝罪を行なったようですが
この手の問題は今後もSNSというツールを使い即座に拡散し、問題化していく「ナーバスな案件」であることが確実となってきました。

また海外では広告の手法によって黒人差別だと指摘されてしまうことはよくあり、こちらの「DOV’E」の広告もおおきな問題となりました。
