厨房の状態だけでも十分に非衛生的でしたが、コラホは保健局と裁判所を無視し、閉鎖しませんでした。顧客の健康を深刻な危険に晒したのです。

　なお、このレストランは2020年7月の食品衛生評価でもゼロを記録しており、緊急の改善が必要であるにもかかわらず、何の措置もなされていなかったようだ。
